ATLAS TUFF-KOTETM One Coat Stucco Concentrate
Description: Atlas Tuff-Kote One Coat Stucco Premix is a concentrated blend of high quality Portland Cement, performance enhancing specialty chemicals and polymers, and a unique blend of reinforcement fibers. Water and washed plaster sand are added at the job site in accordance with the International Code Council (ICC) Evaluation Report Number 4237. Once mixed and applied, Atlas Tuff-Kote becomes a long lasting and very durable wall cladding for residential and commercial structures.
Some of the advantages of using Atlas Tuff-Kote include:
1.Versatility of design; Atlas Tuff-Kote can be applied to curved wall surfaces, window bands and all pop outs for aesthetic appeal.2.Greater strength and durability; Atlas Tuff-Kote can endure the wet/dry and freeze/thaw cycles in all parts of the country. Additionally it has high abuse and impact resistance.
3.Atlas Tuff-Kote is a low maintenance and low life cycle cost wall cladding.
4.Water resistance; properly mixed and applied stucco with the appropriate weather barrier is classified as a concealed weather-barrier system.
5.Curb Appeal; Atlas Tuff-Kote can blend in or standout with the surrounding structures because of the wide varieties of finish texture and color styles.
6.Atlas Tuff-Kote is a one hour fire wall assembly when applied in accordance with its ICC evaluation report.
7.Code approved: Atlas Tuff-Kote is a listed and certified product with the International Code Council.
Note: Because stucco application involves many functions that must be performed on site the skill of the applicator is important for a quality installation. InCide Technologies recommends using licensed applicators with a demonstrated history in their profession.
Packaging: Atlas Tuff-Kote One Coat Stucco Premix comes packaged in 80 pound multiwall paper bags. There are thirty-five 80 pound bags of Atlas Tuff-Kote on each plastic covered and stretch wrapped pallet. All product is packaged on 40 inch by 48 inch four-way pallets.
Storage and Stability Atlas Tuff-Kote is stable and does not change under normal storage conditions. Wide fluctuations in temperature and humidity can result in caking. Care should therefore be taken to avoid such fluctuations during storage of the product. Bags should never be placed directly on cement surfaces as water absorption can take place.
